How is my money safe?

Your money’s safety is protected by Brick & Bolt’s automated escrow system, India’s first and most secure payment mechanism for home construction.

Payments to contractors are released only after the work is completed and verified through a 2-level quality check. If standards aren’t met, payment is held back until issues are resolved.

This means your money moves only when progress is real not based on promises.

Trivia: Escrow accounts act as a neutral, secure space where your funds stay protected until all agreed milestones are verified.

No-Delay Policy

What if it takes longer than expected?

Every day matters when you’re building your dream home.
That’s why we’ve introduced a No-Delay Policy to make sure your timelines are protected.

If your project is delayed, we’ll compensate you with 0.5% of the project value for every month of delay, up to 2% of the total project value.
