Every day matters when you’re building your project. That’s why our Delay Policy is designed to keep you protected if your project runs behind schedule.

If there’s a delay, you receive 0.5% of the project value for every month of delay, up to a maximum of 2% of the total project value.

If we miss the timeline, we make it right.

Every stage of your project is checked before work moves forward. With our rigorous quality process, your project is inspected at multiple checkpoints to ensure the work meets our standards.

We conduct 470+ QASCON checks per floor, covering critical aspects of construction quality and workmanship. These checks are completed and verified before payment is released.

To keep your money safe, we use an Escrow Mechanism. Your money is held securely and released to the contractor only when the agreed work is completed and verified.

At Brick&Bolt, payments are made stage by stage. If the work is delayed or doesn’t meet the required standards, the payment is held until it’s resolved.

At Brick&Bolt, the price you agree to is fixed from the start, based on a detailed quote, not a rough estimate. Every material, fitting, and finish is accounted for upfront, so there are no surprises once construction begins.

You can see the same breakdown in the app as your project takes shape. If anything falls outside the original scope, you’ll know about it and approve it before the work starts.
