What happens if my project is delayed?

You are compensated. Under the Zero Delay Policy you receive 0.5% of the project value for every month of delay, up to 2% of the total project value, and the timeline is fixed in your agreement before construction starts.

Is my money safe with Brick&Bolt?

Yes. 100% of every payment is held in escrow and released only when that milestone clears, so money is never paid ahead of work.

How does Brick&Bolt check construction quality?

Through QASCON, Brick&Bolt’s quality programme: 470+ checks per floor, verified before each payment is released, with every check visible to you in the Brick&Bolt app. When a review on this page mentions “quality checks” or “app updates”, this is what the customer is describing.

What warranty does Brick&Bolt give?

Every home comes with a 10-year structural warranty, written into your agreement.

Which cities are these reviews from?

Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Pune, Mysuru and Delhi NCR (Noida, Gurugram, Ghaziabad, Faridabad and Delhi), the 10 cities Brick&Bolt builds in. The city and pincode on each card tell you how close a home is to your plot.

Can I visit a completed Brick&Bolt home or speak to a customer before deciding?

Ask your Brick&Bolt consultant. Visits to completed homes and calls with past customers are arranged city by city, and our experience centres in Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Noida, Gurugram, Pune and Chennai are open to walk-ins.

How can I share my own review?

If you are a Brick&Bolt customer, tell your project manager or write to us with your CRN. Written reviews are published with your name, city and CRN; video stories are recorded at handover, with your consent.
